TPG picks 35% in SCHOTT Poonawalla from Serum Institute
Global alternative asset firm TPG has acquired a 35% stake in SCHOTT Poonawalla, a joint venture between SCHOTT Pharma and Serum Institute of India (SII), through its TPG Growth platform with co-investor Novo Holdings.
