Top Navy commanders to review maritime security challenges at key meet

Top Indian Navy commanders are set to review maritime security challenges, including China's growing presence in the Indian Ocean, at a four-day conclave. The discussions will focus on operational preparedness, capability enhancement, and indigenisation. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and other top military officials will address the commanders on national security and theaterisation plans.
