Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison filed charges of manslaughter and neglect against former nurse Michelle Skroch, who was nursing director for MEnD Correctional Care, in the death of inmate Hardel Sharrell in Beltrami County. From lawmakers down to jail staff, we need to provide better care for inmates.
