A limited express train bound for Shinjuku Station from Keio-hachioji Station collided with a vehicle at a railway crossing between Fuchu and Higashi-Fuchu stations on the Keio Line in Fuchu, Tokyo, at around 5:20 a.m. on Tuesday. As a result, service on the Keio Line has been suspended in both directions between Fuchu and Tobitakyu stations.
