Tirupati Laddu row: Union Health Minister JP Nadda seeks lab report from Andhra CM Chandrababu Naidu

Amid growing outrage over the use of animal fat in Tirupati's laddus, Union Health Minister JP Nadda has requested a report from Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for review. Nadda stated he would consult state regulators and investigate the issue, assuring that appropriate actions would be taken according to food safety standards. Earlier, Union Food Minister Prahladh Joshi and Giriraj Singh also called for an investigation into the matter.
