Tirupati laddu row: Andhra Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu forms SIT to investigate ghee procurement

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has announced the formation of a special investigation team to probe the ghee procurement for Tirupati laddu. An audit of raw material procurement for all temples in the state has also been ordered. This follows allegations that substandard ingredients, including animal fat, were used in making the sacred sweet during the previous YSRCP government.
