Tibetan President-in-exile welcomes PM Modi-President Xi meeting; cautions on trusting China

Tibetan President-in-exile Penpa Tsering welcomed the meeting between PM Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping. He emphasized peace and improved relations. Both leaders met during the BRICS Summit, agreeing on patrolling arrangements along the Line of Actual Control in eastern Ladakh. This was the first structured interaction between them in five years.
