Thunder Bay man loses legal battle to recoup more than $1 million in hidden cash seized by police
The Ontario Court of Appeal upheld a decision ruling Marcel Breton, of Thunder Bay, who was convicted but later acquitted of drug-trafficking charges, won’t get his money back because it was determined to be “proceeds of crime.”
