Three children killed after vehicle struck by allegedly impaired driver exiting Highway 401 near Etobicoke
The vehicle carrying two adults and four children had been stopped at a red light when it was hit, police said. A 19-year-old man was arrested at the scene near Renforth Drive and Highway 401.
