Thick fog delays 25 trains in Delhi

Thick fog engulfed Delhi early Tuesday, reducing visibility and causing delays for 25 trains. The city experienced a slight rise in minimum temperature to 10.5 degrees Celsius. The foggy conditions led to visibility as low as 150 metres in some areas. Delhi's Air Quality Index remained in the 'very poor' category with a reading of 303 at 9 am.
