At least at the index level, the indications are that the bias of the market is now turning bullish. A part of this bullishness, however, could also be due to better liquidity conditions in the stock market. So, when looking at a stock you need to check whether it is performing well due to liquidity or because earnings in the Q4 have improved, leading to a score improvement. There can be cases where both earnings and other components like momentum or relative performance have also seen an improvement. But as a pre-condition, it is earning that should have seen an improvement.
