The US Supreme Court hands Trump a sweeping victory by limiting the power of federal judges
The high court has restricted the use of nationwide injunctions issued by federal judges. As a result, it leaves in effect the presidential order limiting jus soli (birthright citizenship) in the 28 states that had not challenged it in court.
