'Tesla would have gone bankrupt had I not...': Elon Musk's big statement amid feud with SEC

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a lawsuit against Tesla CEO Elon Musk for allegedly not properly disclosing his ownership of X, formerly Twitter, as required by the US federal law, which is said to have enabled him to purchase shares of the platform at "artificially low prices". Musk has long feuded with the SEC, including after it sued him in 2018 over his Twitter posts about possibly taking Tesla private and having secured funding to do so.
