When Tesla reports results Wednesday, they will likely including thinner profit margins and the first drop in annual car sales in its history. But that doesn’t seem to bother a large swaths of its investors, who seem more excited about CEO Elon Musk’s bromance with President Donald Trump than they are by troubling fundamentals.
