Tejashwi Yadav promises doubled allowances, Rs 50 lakh insurance for Bihar’s panchayat leaders if INDIA bloc wins

Bihar's Mahagathbandhan chief ministerial face Tejashwi Yadav unveiled significant welfare promises for panchayati raj representatives and PDS distributors. If voted to power, the INDIA bloc plans to double allowances, introduce a pension scheme, and provide a ₹50 lakh insurance cover for local representatives. Additionally, PDS distributors will see a substantial increase in their per-quintal margin money.
