Suspect in 2018 Whitby sexual assault arrested this week in Oshawa
A 32-year-old man from Oshawa was arrested on Nov. 14 for an alleged assault in Whitby, which happened in 2018. Police are concerned there are other victims and released the suspect’s photo.
