Supreme Court upholds Delhi High Court ruling on DTC's arbitration award payment to Tata Motors
The Supreme Court rejected the Delhi Transport Corp's appeal against paying Tata Motors 18% interest annually on an arbitration award of Rs 327 crore. The Delhi High Court ruled Tata Motors deserved the principal amount and interest until realization. DTC argued it had already deposited Rs 340 crore.
