Supreme Court says properties can't be demolished merely because someone is accused or convict

The Supreme Court has ruled that houses should not be demolished just because the owner is an accused or convict. Unauthorized constructions on public land or roads won't be protected. The court emphasised that its order won't apply to unauthorized structures in public places or those ordered for demolition by a court of law.
