Supreme Court grants bail to accused in 2024 Pune Porsche accident case

The Supreme Court granted bail to Ashpak Basha Makandar in the Pune Porsche accident case. Makandar was accused of facilitating the tampering of medical evidence. He has been in jail for 20 months. Three other accused previously received bail. The court noted Makandar's situation was similar to those already released.
