Supreme Court collegium recommends Patna HC Chief Justice K Vinod Chandran as top court judge

The Supreme Court collegium has recommended Patna High Court Chief Justice K Vinod Chandran to be appointed as a Supreme Court judge, increasing the court's strength to 33. Additionally, the collegium proposed the transfer of Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya to the Delhi High Court and Telangana High Court Chief Justice Alok Aradhe to the Bombay High Court.
