Supreme Court asks lawmakers to be respectful even while being bitter critic

The Supreme Court noted that legislators have forgotten respectful dissent and denied delaying a bypoll for a seat made vacant by Sunil Kumar Singh's expulsion for misconduct in the Bihar legislative council. Final hearing is scheduled for January 9. Singhs counsel argued that the election may cause confusion if Singh's expulsion is later overturned.
