Supreme Court allows Tahir Hussain to campaign for Delhi assembly polls under police custody

The Supreme Court has granted former Aam Aadmi Party councillor Tahir Hussain permission to campaign for the Delhi Assembly polls under police custody from January 29 to February 3. Hussain, convicted in the February 2020 Delhi riots, had previously been denied bail by the Delhi High Court but received custody parole to file his nomination.
