Supreme Court allows minor to terminate 30-week pregnancy: 'Can't compel woman to complete pregnancy
The Supreme Court has ordered the termination of a 30-week pregnancy for a 17-year-old girl. Justices B V Nagarathna and Ujjal Bhuyan emphasized that courts cannot force any woman, particularly a minor, to carry a pregnancy to term. JJ Hospital in Mumbai was directed to perform the procedure.
