Sudha Murty, a renowned philanthropist and Rajya Sabha member, fulfilled her desire to build a temple from scratch. She constructed a Lord Shiva temple in Ivanallur village, Tamil Nadu, with ancient stone idols. The project took 18 months and was funded personally by Murty.
