'Stranger to child': SC denies Atul Subhash's mother custody of his minor son

The Supreme Court denied Anju Devi the custody of her minor grandson after her son, Atul Subhash, committed suicide. The court suggested raising the custody issue in the trial court. Subhash's estranged wife, Nikita Singhania, and her family were granted bail in the suicide abetment case. The child is currently studying at a boarding school in Haryana.
