North Korean leader Kim Jong Un inspected his elite “Storm Corps” troops, reportedly sent to fight alongside Russian forces in Ukraine. He praised their “matchless fighting spirit” in a state-TV show of force that took place the same day China’s leader Xi Jinping met South Korea’s leader Lee Jae Myung.
