Sports Daily Digest June 4, 2025

Charlestown knocked off Franklin County 9-4 in the Class 3A softball regional at Brookville in a game heard last evening on the Sports Voice.  It’s the Pirates’ first regional championship since 1997.     The Wildcats of coach Matt Perleberg end the season at 13-12. Tri got past Milan 2-1 in the 1A softball regional on the Titans’ home diamond. The Indians finish the season with a 25-10 record. Reds/Milwaukee Brewers at Great American Ball Park in a game heard last night on 103.9 FM.      The series wraps up this afternoon. WRBI coverage begins following the Noon news block.
