Singapore Airlines can thank Air India-Vistara merger for 2x profit in Q3
Singapore Airlines' net profit surged over two times in the third quarter, boosted by a one-time S$1.10 billion gain from the merger of Air India and Vistara. The merger granted SIA a 25.1% stake in the Air India group. The airline reported a net profit of S$1.63 billion for the three months ending December 31.
