Sikkim: State government rescues stranded locals, tourists, and taxi drivers in Chaten

The Sikkim government has arranged helicopter sorties to evacuate stranded locals, taxi drivers, and officials from Chaten due to disrupted road connectivity. This follows the successful evacuation of all stranded tourists from the area, one of the worst-hit in North Sikkim, through coordinated efforts involving the district administration, military, and various organizations.
