Shimla Municipal Commissioner orders demolition of 3 unauthorised storeys of Sanjauli mosque

The Shimla Municipal Commissioner ordered the demolition of three unauthorized storeys of the Sanjauli mosque. The court has given the Masjid committee and Waqf Board two months to demolish the floors. The next hearing is on December 21. The controversy started over allegedly illegal construction and protests by Hindu organisations.
