Shareholders reject Zee’s warrant issue
Zee Entertainment's proposal to issue Rs 2,237 crore worth of fully convertible warrants to its promoters, aimed at increasing their stake from 3.99% to 18.39%, has been rejected by shareholders at its EGM.
