Seven months after BJP comes to power, Odisha joins Ayushman Bharat scheme

Odisha has joined the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the state's people and criticized the previous government for not adopting the scheme. The new scheme will benefit many, especially women and senior citizens. Over 1.03 crore families in Odisha will receive health coverage under the converged scheme.
