Seoul president says North Korea troop dispatch to Russia is 'provocation'

South Korea will not remain passive over North Korea's deployment of troops to Russia for the war in Ukraine, President Yoon Suk Yeol declared, calling it a global security threat. Yoon hinted at possibly revising Seoul's policy on exporting weapons to conflict zones. South Korea plans further defense cooperation with Poland, including arms support for Ukraine.
