Schools, colleges in Mumbai to remain closed on Thursday due to heavy rains, announces BMC

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has announced the closure of all schools and colleges in Mumbai on September 26 due to a red alert issued by the India Meteorological Department. The IMD forecasts thunderstorms, lightning, and intense rain with gusty winds in several districts, including Mumbai, Palghar, and others until 8:30 am tomorrow.
