School jobs scam: SC asks Kolkata court to expeditiously decide TMC leader Kuntal Ghosh's bail plea

The Supreme Court has ordered a Kolkata special court to quickly decide on TMC leader Kuntal Ghosh's bail plea. Ghosh was arrested in a money laundering case linked to the West Bengal school jobs-for-bribes scam. The probe agencies CBI and ED are investigating allegations involving over Rs 100 crore collected from aspiring teachers between 2014 and 2021.
