Scholarship schemes for OBC & ECB students see higher budget allocation

The budget allocation saw a significant increase in scholarships for OBC, EBC, and SC students ahead of the Bihar assembly polls. The allocation for OBC and EBC post-matric scholarships jumped by 46.6%, while funding for national OBC fellowships more than tripled. In contrast, scholarships for minority students saw a sharp decline.
