SC upholds govt jobs for 600 villagers affected by Naini-Saini Airport construction in Uttarakhand

The Supreme Court supported villagers who lost land for the Naini-Saini airport. The court dismissed Uttarakhand government's appeal. Over 600 villagers are now entitled to government jobs. These jobs were promised in 2006. The villagers formed a group to fight for their rights. The High Court had earlier ordered the government to provide jobs.
