SC to hear DMRC's contempt petition against Reliance Infra firm for Rs 2,800 cr refund

The Supreme Court is set to hear the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation's plea seeking contempt action against Reliance Infrastructure's Delhi Airport Metro Express Private Ltd. The DMRC alleges that DAMEPL has not complied with the court's April 10 order to refund over Rs 2800 crore deposited by the corporation, following the overturning of an arbitration award in favor of DAMEPL.
