SC seeks Haryana govt, DGP response on plea seeking CBI probe into minor's rape in Gurugram

The Supreme Court has ordered notices to the Haryana government and its DGP regarding a plea for a CBI or SIT investigation into a Gurugram child rape case. The court has also summoned the Gurugram Police Commissioner and the investigating officer. The district judge is to address the magistrate's handling of the case.
