SC grants bail to former Amtek Group chairman Arvind Dham in Rs 2,700-crore bank fraud case

The Supreme Court has granted bail to former Amtek Group chairman Arvind Dham in a Rs 2,700-crore bank fraud case. Previously, the Delhi High Court had rejected his bail plea. The Enforcement Directorate arrested Dham under money laundering laws concerning ACIL Ltd, an Amtek group company, following allegations of loan diversion and wrongful loss to banks.
