SC collegium clears early transfers, names new chief justices, nine judges

The Supreme Court collegium has decided to transfer judges proposed as Chief Justices two months before their vacancy arises. This policy aims to enhance administrative efficiency. Justice Lisa Gill will move to Andhra Pradesh High Court as Chief Justice. Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari is recommended for Madras High Court Chief Justice.
