Sanmina to buy ZT Systems' manufacturing business from AMD in $3 billion deal
Sanmina said on Monday it has entered into an agreement to acquire the data center infrastructure manufacturing business of ZT Systems from chipmaker AMD in a deal valued at about $3 billion. AMD had earlier acquired ZT Systems.
