Samhi Hotels approves acquisition of 100% shares of Innmar Tourism and Hotels

Samhi Hotels Ltd has acquired Innmar Tourism and Hotels Private Limited for Rs 2,050 million, aligning with their growth strategy. Innmar owns a hotel in Bangalore and has land for development. Recently, two hotels acquired by Samhi Hotels were rebranded. The IPO was oversubscribed and the share debuted at a premium on the NSE.
