Salmonella outbreak expands to 18 States, sickening 45 people

A Salmonella outbreak linked to Bedner Growers' cucumbers has affected many people. Forty-five individuals across eighteen states are sick. Sixteen people needed hospitalization. The contaminated cucumbers were sold in various stores. Target and Walmart recalled related products. The CDC and FDA are investigating multiple Salmonella strains. The outbreak has spread through cruise ships too.
