During a live briefing, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova received a phone call instructing her not to comment on reports of Russia firing a ballistic missile at a Ukrainian rocket company in Dnipro. While Kyiv claimed the attack involved an intercontinental ballistic missile, Russia remained silent on the matter.
