Russia, Ukraine hold third round of talks in Istanbul
Moscow's lead negotiator Vladimir Medinsky told reporters the sides had lengthy discussions on Wednesday, but 'the positions are quite distant.' Meanwhile, the two countries agreed to another prisoner exchange, as they did at the two previous talks on May 16 and June 2.
