Russia replaces UAE as the top naphtha supplier to India in 2024-25

Russia has overtaken the UAE as India's leading naphtha supplier. This change is due to discounted prices, with Russia providing more than half of India's naphtha imports. Indian refiners are expected to continue taking advantage of these lower prices next year, as they aim to reduce import costs. The import increase also reflects growing domestic demand.
