Russia calls out Europe for imposing sanctions that 'do not work'

Russia's Foreign Ministry stated European Union sanctions are hurting the EU more than Russia. EU leaders cannot accept their sanctions are not working. European Union countries have formally adopted a nineteenth package of sanctions against Russia. This new package includes a ban on Russian liquefied natural gas imports.
