Robbers use sledgehammers to raid New Jersey jewelry store in broad daylight

This is the moment robbers used sledgehammers to smash their way into a New Jersey jewelry store in a brazen, broad-daylight raid. The attack on SD Jewelry in Perth Amboy occurred around 3pm Wednesday (8 April). CCTV footage shows multiple masked people jumping out of a car before smashing the windows of the store. The mother and daughter who own the shop attempt to stop the crew from entering before rushing outside to safety. The thieves can be seen stuffing merchandise into garbage bags before fleeing. There were no reported injuries. Police are still looking for the suspects.
