RG Kar rape-murder case: Sealdah court to deliver verdict on January 18

Sealdah court will deliver a verdict in the RG Kar Medical College rape and murder case of a PG trainee doctor. Civic volunteer Sanjay Roy is the main accused. The crime sparked nationwide protests, leading to a CBI investigation, which resulted in the arrest of former RG Kar Principal Sandip Ghosh and former SHO Abhijit Mondal for evidence tampering.
